Access the SafeCompany App
The app is available for Android devices, on versions 10 and higher, and IOS.
1. Access your app store and download the app via the link

2. Log in to the app by entering your registered email and password.
3. Click on "Access".
Cockpit
In your cockpit, you will have an overview of alerts, events, camera availability, and active computer vision cameras. Note:

4. To access them, simply click on the card.
Still in the cockpit, you will have a summary of the most recent computer vision alerts.

5. To access the complete page of computer vision alerts, click on "See All".
Finally, we have intelligence alerts.

6. To check intelligence alerts, click on the published news.
Upper Menu

In the upper menu of the app, you will have access to the reminders and notifications icon, and on the last icon, you can log out.
How to create a reminder

7. Access the reminders icon and click on "create reminder".

8. Fill in the subject, date/time, and if desired, description of the reminder, and click on "To save".
How to view a reminder

9. Access the reminders icon and click on "My reminders".

10. View, edit, and delete your reminders.
How to view notifications

11. Click on the notifications icon to view them.
12. View and, if desired, click on the X to delete the notification, or on the trash can, at the top right of the screen, to delete all.
How to log out

13. Click on the three dots icon, located in the upper right corner, and then select "To go out".
How to create a chat

14. In the bottom menu, click on the chat icon.
15. Click on + and then on the individual chat icon.

16. Select the user for the conversation and then click on ">".
How to create a group chat

17. In the bottom menu, click on the chat icon.
18. Click on + and then on the group chat icon.

19. Inform the title and upload an image for the group.
20. Select the participants of the group and then click on ">".
How to create an external chat

21. In the bottom menu, click on the chat icon.
22. Click on + and then on the external chat icon.

23. Fill in the requested information in the form and click on "To send".
The contact will receive a link via email to access the conversation.
How to create tasks

24. In the bottom menu, click on the tasks icon.
25. Click on + and fill in the information in the form.
26. Click on " to save".
How to register events

27. In the bottom menu, click on the events icon.
28. Click on + and fill in the information in the form.
29. Click on "save draft".
Please note! The event registration must be completed via the web (on the computer).
