If you are having difficulties registering a user, here are some possible reasons and solutions:
- Data Entry: Verify that all the information entered during registration is correct. Ensure that all mandatory fields are completed accurately, including name, email address, phone number, hierarchy, role/position, activation class, profile, and the organization or location the user will have access to.
- Email Address Already Registered: If you are trying to register a user with an email address that has already been used, the system may prevent the registration. In this case, try using a different email address or attempt to recover the account associated with the existing email address.
