What is an event class?

An event class means categorizing events based on their characteristics to better understand what is happening and how to address it. In event registration, you will find four classes:

• Preventive action: proactive measures taken by the organization.
• Non-compliance: failure to follow established rules or behaviors within the organization.
• New risk: a situation that is not yet mapped or addressed.
• Occurrence: a realized threat or risk.
