What is environment?
Environment refers to the context or location where a specific event occurs.
On the platform, you will have two ways to categorize and differentiate the environment in which events happen: internal environment and external environment.
Internal environment refers to events that occur within the physical or operational boundaries of the company, such as within its facilities, offices, factories, etc.
External environment refers to events that happen outside these boundaries, in places like public spaces, clients' residences, suppliers, or any other location outside the direct control of the company.
