Documents

In the DM, you can keep all your documents in one place, organizing them into folders for easy access. Additionally, you can track the expiration dates of these documents.

1. In the sidebar, hover over the administration module and click on documents.

2. Click on + Create Folder to add a new folder.

3. If you already have a folder for the document you will insert, click on the folder.

4. Click on Document Upload.

5. Upload the document.

6. If you want to be notified of the document's expiration, click Yes in the second field.

7. Fill in the expiration/validity date and when you want to be notified of the expiration.

8. Click Save.
