1. In the sidebar, hover over the Risk Management module and click on Dynamic Vision.

2. Click on Settings in the top right corner.
3. Indicate, according to your organization's reality, at what point the locality will be at critical, high, and medium levels, based on the lost value or percentage of impact of events recorded in the month.
4. Click Save.
Understand what is being shown
The charts and reports of this feature provide complete control over the localities most and least exposed to risk, significantly improving data visualization and proactive monitoring.
Organization's risk exposure
- The first block shows the organization's risk exposure. You will see the average for the year and the current month, as well as track the evolution of events over the last 13 months.
View of Localities
- The second block contains two lists of the localities most and least exposed to risk, with the evolution history and comparison of the last 30 days with the previous 30 days.
5. Click on the name of the locality to get a complete risk report and, if desired, create tasks and/or action plans to mitigate these risks.
Ranking of Localities
- The third block contains four tabs that organize the localities by risk level. Each tab displays up to 30 localities and includes information about the group of localities, the evolution, the number of events, the accumulated lost value in the month, and the percentage of high and critical impact events.
6. Click on the name of the locality to get a complete risk report and, if desired, create tasks and/or action plans to mitigate these risks.
