Alerts

Stay alert! If you don't see any functionality described in the tutorial within the system, don't worry. This is due to your access profile and the plan contracted by your company.

In your cockpit, you will see the alerts card. Here, you will visualize the alerts generated after your cameras detect threats, emergencies, and other important information through computer vision.

1. Click on the camera icon to view the alert video and see the location, date, time, and camera in question.

2. To get a complete alert report, click on see report.

3. If desired, add comments to the report.

4. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on export to download the full report in PDF.
